Define the job of each article
Collect ten recurring support or sales questions without retaining personal details. Sort them into selection, implementation and troubleshooting. Write down what the reader should be able to decide afterwards. An article about delivery times should help someone plan an order; a compatibility article should help them check an actual device.
Add evidence beyond the product page
Offer a compatibility table, a worked example with explicit assumptions, a brief template or an illustrated procedure. Never describe a product test you did not perform. Identify manufacturer specifications separately from your interpretation. A product link should continue the answer rather than replace the explanation.
Connect and maintain the library
Assign one stable URL to each distinct need. Link the guide to the appropriate product and subsequent steps. Update an existing page when the question is the same. Give someone responsibility for checking figures, screenshots and external links. Change the update date when the substance changes, not when the calendar turns.

Worked example
A courier could publish an illustrated fragile-parcel packing guide with original photos, a materials list and a final inspection checklist. Relevant outcomes include qualified enquiries and fewer packing mistakes. Page views alone do not establish either outcome.
